ICAS is a formally registered Apex body of top-notch astrologers of the country involved in imparting education, certification, and examination of true Vedic astrology to aspirants. The Apex body is famous for its reach and centres across the country.
Our Legacy
Founded by Dr. B. V. Raman and now headed by Mr. A. B. Shukla, IAS, ICAS has the credit of re-establishing and restoring public faith in astrology in post-independent India.
Our Mission
ICAS was established in 1984 to take astrology from the preserve of a few Brahmin families to the common people. Its objective is to study the spiritual inherent in astrology with a scientific spirit and restore the glory of Jyotish in the modern age.

Lucknow Chapter II
Indian Council of Astrological Sciences, Lucknow Chapter, located at Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, is dedicated to fulfilling the vision of Dr. B. V. Raman by imparting education and guidance in Vedic Astrology. The chapter conducts weekly online and offline classes .
